ขั้นตอนการสมัคร
- กด *336# โทรออก
- ได้รับข้อความ SMS แจ้ง Username และ password เมื่อสมัครสำเร็จ
- นำ Username และ Password ที่ได้รับ มา login เพื่อเข้ารับชม MONOMAX
- ได้รับแพ็กเกจใช้งาน โดยระบบจะเติมวันให้ภายใน 1-3 ชั่วโมง

ขั้นตอนการยกเลิกผ่าน SMS สำหรับลูกค้า TrueMove H & Dtac
- เข้าไปที่ ข้อความ (SMS) แล้วพิมพ์ Stop ส่งมาที่เบอร์ 4825149
- ได้รับข้อความ SMS ยกเลิกแพ็กเกจสำเร็จ
หรือยกเลิกผ่าน USSD สำหรับลูกค้า TrueMove H เท่านั้น
- กด *48251490099 แล้วกดโทรออก
- ได้รับข้อความ SMS ยกเลิกแพ็กเกจสำเร็จ

Registration Steps
- Dial *336# and press call
- You will receive an SMS with your Username and password once registration is successful
- Use the received Username and Password to log in and access MONOMAX
- You will receive a usage package, and the system will add days within 1-3 hours
Steps to cancel via SMS for TrueMove H & Dtac customers
- Go to Messages (SMS) and type Stop, then send to number 4825149
- Receive an SMS confirming the package cancellation
Or cancel via USSD for TrueMove H customers only
- Dial *48251490099 and press call
- You will receive an SMS confirming the package cancellation
